Spend a different and original day with lots of fun and good food

The Restaurant Roca Tranquila in Torreblanca, Fuengirola, is offering a new and exclusive activity for anyone interested in cooking.

Participants will meet the restaurant’s Chef Kasper Nielsen, former member of the Danish culinary team and winner of several International gastronomy awards.

Spend a day in the magnificent open “show” kitchen of Roca Tranquila whilst preparing a full menu consisting of 3 delicious dishes with origins in the traditional Spanish cuisine, but with an innovative touch.

After a 3 hour cooking class, there is a wine tasting presented by experts and the meal prepared by the “pupils” will be served by the restaurants staff in a beautiful and elegant private room.

A fun experience whilst learning tricks and techniques from the professionals.
The classes take place once a month, some in the morning followed by lunch and some in the evening followed by dinner. The maximum number of participants is 14. The price is 100 € per person and the next courses are on: 18/5, 15/6, 13/7, 10/8, 7/9, 5/10 and 26/10.
