Hi
During the summer a guest has left a piece of metal on the bottom of the pool which has then made a rust stain.
How can I get rid of it ? I have tried chlorine granules down a tube on top of it and left for a couple of days with no effect.

A deep breath and a brillo pad
Re: rust stain on bottom of pool
Green meany is what i used on kitchen floor when the metal bin got wet and left a stain. took a bit of getting off so as said a few deep breaths and away you rub.

Well, thanks for that - sadly I think the deep breath might be the only way. Getting a little cold now though.

Or buy an extending pole and tape a green meany to it.

I had the same problem with my pool, placed a chlorine tablet on it and it disappeared after a few months. Took more than one tablet though.

Yes...this worked for me as well. The 10 in 1 tablets work best and are very good for the pool too!
