We have had a call (in these times!) from Eurona, allegedly, who want to send out a chap to upgrade our satellite injection tomorrow. We are not sure if this is a scam or genuine (would be great if the latter since it isn’t coping very well with the increased use of people working from home) but I wondered if anyone here who has Eurona satellite broadband has had anything similar recently and whether it made a difference. Or does anyone know if it is really a scam. Thanks in anticipation.

Re: Quantis/eurona
Do you actually know the call was from Eurona.
Call them on their published number, not the number they called you from if it is different.
Ask them to confirm they phonesd.
Cheers

Re: Quantis/eurona
Thanks Gerry- we did call Eurona and it was legit. The 2 guys came on time (extraordinary) without wearing gloves or masks and had no real idea about social distancing and seemed vaguely affronted when we backed away. Had to disinfect everywhere they went, including my desk, but they upgraded the software and put an new "receiver" (sort of like an LNB) on the dish and bob's your uncle. Initially made a big difference to the speed, but settled down now so not that much better. Hey ho- expect it is because everyone is now on the internet all day so maybe when all this is over we shall see increased speeds for real.
