Alloy car wheel out of true

It has taken some time to figure out I have an alloy wheel on the car out of true.

Anyone had any experience of or know what company actually machines them true again here in Andalucia please? ( Assuming it is within tolerances of course)

Well it is a long story. We took our car for a two day investigation for two problems. Efficient outfit but we won’t use them or recommend. Customer service was shockingly poor.

We thought we had a noisy rear wheel bearing. Their diagnosis was a bent alloy on rear. On way home we stopped at Rectillanta, Atarfe. Excellent place. Half an hour from closing and they couldnt have been more helpful. Recommended.

They offer substitute wheel(s) for customers and a one/two day repair service.First they whipped off my rear wheels off and tested on machine. Neither were out of true! One was very slightly out of balance and that has cured the very slight vibration. The rumble is still there. We now put it down to 200k wear on DSG. Car is good for another 20 k which willl see us through our forthcoming massive trip to Germany and UK ( various) .

It would be a cold day in hell when I went back to steels!

Enrique, Glad to hear you are having a good harvest. That is a good level per tree.as usual I haven’t a clue what we got for last years harvest per kilo until final payment from co op in December when we will be in Germany or Austria.Price must be less this year……
