The Good Companions Club
A Fuengirola based social, cultural, travel and
charity association formed in September 1994. Members meet every
Tuesday at the Stella Maris Hotel, Paseo Maritimo between 11 and 13.30, a social gathering to book tours,
play games, enjoy a raffle and a quiz. Throughout the year day
trips
(which include a monthly shopping trip to Gibraltar) and excursions
are organised to a variety of interesting places in Andalucia
and
several 3 or 4 day excursions in Spain and Morocco. All profits
are donated to CUDECA, the Costa del Sol Cancer Care Association.
Membership fees 9 euros per year and are payable
at the beginning of the season (September). Guests are welcome and
they pay 2 euros per visit. For information contact President Tony
