Museo Municipal
The municipal museum is located in the Nájera Palace, a 18th Century building. See everything from Roman remains discovered outside the city to paintings by the Antequera born Cristóbal Toral.
Before making plans, ring the museum on 952 70 40 21 to confirm opening times: Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and 16:30 to 18:30, Saturdays 10:00 to 13:30, Sundays 11:00 to 13:30.
Casa Museo de la Diputación Provincial
The provincial government’s “Museum House” allows us inside an 18th Century mansion. This is also where special guests stay.

Museo Taurino
The Bullfighting Museum is located in the Plaza de Toros (bullring). Open from Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. Sundays and holidays 10:00 a 14:00.
Museo Conventual de las Descalzas
The convent museum houses important works of art and displays of local culture.
Open Tuesday to Friday from 10:30 to 13:30 and 17:00 to 18:30, Saturdays from 10:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 18:30 and Sundays from 10:00 to 12:00. Ring 606 85 57 92 for more information.
Museo de Usos y Costumbres San Benito
The San Benito Folklore Museum is located in the San Benito estate and offers a glimpse of local history through a wide array of artifacts, mainly vintage items such as old radios, farm equipment and other items. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 12:30 to 17:00. Ring 952 03 40 00 for more information.
Museo del aceite – Hojiblanca
Hojiblanca is the most important olive cooperative in the Antequera region. Here you can learn about olive oil production. Open from Monday to Friday 9:30 to 13:30. For more information, ring 952 84 14 51.
