This is a professional, state-of-the art gym with
all the latest equipment and keen, highly qualified staff and instructors
to help to get into shape and stay there. There is a free weights
area as well as an excellent cardiovascular machines room. As well
as a good range of classes such as aerobics, step, body conditioning,
etc. there is also a heated swimming pool where aqua-exercise classes
are on the timetable. There is also a sauna; Jacuzzi and UVA sun
treatment available.

This was the first ever, women-only sport club on
the coast and is a great place to go if you are female and like
to pamper yourself away from prying eyes of the male gym goer.
This club is an all round mind and body paradise
for women. It not only has a well equipped, well maintained cardiovascular
machine room and a wide range of excellent classes to chose from
- it also has hairdressing, beauty salon, UVA sun treatment and
medical and beauty related nutrition advice. You can have a homeopathic
consultation or a personalised diet plan, or even porcelain sculptured
nails - all after a good workout from qualified instructors.
The atmosphere in this Beauty Health & Fitness
Centre is definitely different from any of the mixed clubs I've
ever been in - vibrant, yet more serene and relaxed. The owner,
although not always around, is an English woman and the members
are mixed nationalities - many English speaking. Classes are held
in Spanish of English, depending on the instructor and on the participants.
They have recently added spinning and Pilates to their classes schedule.
