Latest UK to Spain Travel Restrictions

Hi

Just checking to see what the current regulations are. My Understanding is as a returning British Subject who has EU Residence in Spain, one can enter with a double vaccination certificate including a Booster , Passport and a Health Locator Form. No PCR etc tests are required.
Can someone in know clarify this information please. See latest rules below.

I am confused. Just to confirm British EU Residents do not require a PCR test etc only Health Locator Form and Vacinnation Certificate to enter Spain. I read on this website some people have to now do these tests before enter Spain.

Can someone clarify for me, is the locator form the same as the Spth form, is it one and the same, it's now just 2 days before I leave for Las Palmas and my paranoia is beginning to kick in !

Here are the two websites you must access to complete your Health Locator Forms if you are going to the UK that is. If you are going to the Canary Islands then only complete the Spanish form.

Spth form is now successfully completed, downloaded and printed, now all I have to do is finish my packing and on Monday I'm gone !

We are taking LFTs this week prior to flying to UK.
Assuming they are negative,what do we do with the results? Do we need to produce them at some stage?
( we are residents in Spain)

Hi

You have to show your LFT Negative Certificate along with you double vaccination Certificate as well as your Health Locator Form at the Airport . On return to Spain you will need your Vaccination Certificate, TIE or NIE Card as well as the Spanish Health Locator Form to enter Spain.

My understanding is no requirement for any pre-travel test for traveling within EU or UK.
There is a requirement to be tested traveling from Spain to UK..

Yes, you need to do your LFT test before you travel to UK. Then also you need to book your UK PCR day 2 test before you fly. The ref no of this test has to be recorded on your Passenger Locator Form.

I am aware of that as i traveled to UK 10 days ago.
The OP here is getting tested before going to Spain which i do not think necessary unless things changed and i missed it on the UK travel site.

It’s a fluid situation Germany has now impose 10 days xx quarantine for Brit’s travelling there.

I think its all about being seen to do something, restricting people, having them isolate when they come into the country doesn't stop Germans/Brits whoever from spreading covid around within their own country, once it's in it will spread as we have already seen over and over again.

I think it's only unvaccinated citizens or residents that need a test to come into Spain, otherwise it's just the Spth form and your certificate of vaccination (although my OH's was just downloaded from a copy I had on my computer).

Thanks for clarity... i was not aware that residents need to take a pre-travel test... it all kinda makes sense now as all my info was from UK travel requirements...

That's only if they are unvaccinated. If the rules haven't changed, then you cannot come here from the UK if you are unvaccinated and a UK resident. People like me, unvaccinated but a resident can travel into Spain.
