Hi darjatrading,
You can check your Digital Certificate in the Browser it's located on.............Example ............Google Chrome other Browsers will differ slightly.
It will be in Settings -- > Privacy and security --> Security --> Manage certificates --> Personal ...... this will show the Expiry Date
It will be 4 years from time you obtained it , you will get a reminder 60 days before Expiry and you can then renew.
You can renew once then its back to obtaining a New one.

In Windows11, search for Certmgr, select Personal, Certificates, click on relevant certificate, box comes up with certificate information showing who issued it and valid from e.g. 15/12/2021 to 15/12/2025.
OR in my case using chrome open health service patient portal, choose DNIe option, “Get in” then Access eidentifier(sic) and certs are in box that opens up, click certificate information.

Dear Enrique 24 02-11
Thanks for your kind assistance.
Usually for filling out form 210 I use through this link : G:\AEAT\210\Form 210_zul.mht
and print the declaration and submit to the bank for payment.
This year when I use this link the Form 210 appears but when I want to import information
of previously declarations, it comes
this message " The server is tempoaily out of service .
Would you like to try again. 12029 unknown.
I have tried several times from yesterday up to now, and I think their sever can not be out of a service
for over 30 hours!
I apprecaite if you may help me in this issue.
Best regards

Re: Comments and queries re FAQ for Non-resident income tax
Hello Enrique and friends,
I'm encountering an issue with filling out Modelo 210 for rental income for the first quarter of 2024 (Tipo Renta 01 - Rendimientos de Inmuebles Arrendados o Subarrendados – income from renting the flat). The problem lies somewhere with the DEVENGO field.
I've checked the -Agrupacion box-, selected 'primer Trimestre' for -Periodo-, and set 2024 for 'Ejercicio de devengo'. I had no issues with this approach in the past, however, this time, the system is flagging the following errors during verification:
4003: Check the Grouping box or review the Period and self-assessment items; some information is incorrect.
4066: The submission period has not started. The period begins on January 1 of the year following the year of the accrual exercise.
Now, given that it's April 2024 and the tax for income rentals for Q1 2024 should be paid by April 15, 2024, I'm confused about what's happening this year. Time is running short, so I'd appreciate any assistance. I've attempted to fill out the form both with and without using cede digital, but the errors persist. I have no clue how to submit the report...
Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, is there a workaround? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Comments and queries re FAQ for Non-resident income tax
Hi Marc1970,
This section of Modelo 210 is above my pay grade.............
Hopefully ' friends' will see your Post and get you the info required.
Which Browser are you you using Firefox is giving incorrect handling of some sites, where as Google Chrome works ok.
Things to try............
Clear cache for the Modelo 210 site and try again. Try using New Private Window / New Incognito Window ..................depending on Browser.

Re: Comments and queries re FAQ for Non-resident income tax
Tnx Enrique, luckily I found the answer on some pro-tax website.
----------------------------------
Starting from the 2024 tax year, the filing of rental income tax returns in Spain has changed from a quarterly submission to an annual submission. Please be informed that the filing period for the rental income tax return for 2024 is between 1st January and 20th January 2025.
This change applies exclusively to the 2024 tax year and onwards; it does not affect the filing requirements for previous years, which remain on a quarterly basis.
--------------------------------
I hope I saved some souls from stress and head breaking.
And finally we are free from 'Trimestre' Modelo 210 harrasement... Cheers!
