Here, I know them all and they do allow denuncias that are not made public. Only way to keep the peace in a small village.

How does this law work for short stays with dog, two to three months, in Spain?
Our pet insurance plan covers only our own country.
Are there insurance companies who will insure the dog by the month while we are in Spain?

You could try Abbeygate. They seem to cover most things.
