An attachment only displays if Member logged in............ First time I've seen this...........expected behaviour

Could be a good idea, for privacy/security, that attachments can only be seen by members who have logged on and not seen by the general public.

Can you see Paddy's Post with the Attachment when you're not logged it
Its first time I've seen this as I only login if I'm going to Post a reply.

Get the "You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post" message if I'm not logged in.

You can see my Attachment if you're not Logged in so how come Paddy's is not Viewable.
It messes up a Thread if sections aren't visible.

The top Image comes from Post Image the bottom one has been added using using Forum Attachment
Have to ask Paddy P. how he created and Posted the List as I can't recreate the Permissions issue for no logged in views.

Looking into the above with the help of Paddy P. ............. looks to be a one off as Paddy has since posted using the same system and method and his attachment is as expected for non logged in Users.

In phpbb3 guests cannot download attachments is normal, I think. Why spend bandwidth on people who can't be bothered to contribute in any way?
