lez in fuengirola

[sick and tired]

Hi does anyone know when the LEZ comes in to force in Fuengirola, i arrive 1st feb but my c sticker is not in my car and i have to drive straight to the sabadell bank on Av. Alcalde Clemente Díaz Ruiz, i intend parking in one of the laybys coming down from mijas on the right just buy a parking ticket, giving a 10 min walk to the bank will this be okay ?
