Far better to be aware that all is not perfect in this sunny land, than fall victim to what we nearly all do - leave our brains behind at Malaga airport! 
There are many who would laugh in the face of someone trying to give them a "free" draw ticket outside Lime Street Station, yet happily get into a taxi with a stranger promising them a free meal if they only come and see......

Yes Steve Roach is the guy the big fat ***** currently on re runs on BB2 living in the sun..yes did have a house in Riogordo and office in Velez malaga and sometimes worked in Granada. I am happy to post a "FACT" that he nearly ripped me and my husband off for 50k English money which was his comisson for the sale of the house!! ( you know what its like when your first looking and vunerable for the vultures)
When we went direct to the owners he came to our rented accomodation trying to bully and threaten us physically and by denouncing us if we bought direct from the owner!
He had a sharp exit at the hands of my husbands foot up his backside and fist in his face ( I had to call him off as I really didnt want him doing time in a Spansih prison!!) he left very promptly saying his Russian mafia friends would be up to see us!!!
We stayed in the rented accomodation and eventually found an excellent agent and are extremely happy with a home which we have been in for over two years now but we did have some fun when he came into the Town or nearby villages with clients..as I would walk over to them and tell them what he was all about ( in front of him) and ask him should I expect a visit from his Russian Friends!!
After losing what I thought at the time was my dream home and having him nearly have me off for 50grand in comission I was kind of like a rottweiller with pmt!
I have since come across other people that nearly fell prey to him or did..he is a very bad man and deserves everything he gets....he so nearly ruined our lives and our dreams.....but a decent agent sorted us out.
Sorry if it sounded like a rant but I have said nothing that I wouldnt stand up in front of him or a court and say
