San José - Hotels
What was once a small fishing village is now the most important touristic hub of the Cabo de Gata-Níjar National Park. San José is home to some of the most breathtaking scenery in Almería province and also has some of the most spectacular beaches on the Costa Almería. This has led to the town becoming a tourist´s paradise and to the construction of many hotels and guesthouses (hostals). Fortunately, it has managed to avoid the high-rise blocks that are frequented around the Spanish coast and, as a result, has kept it´s natural beauty and splendour.
