Pata Negra
Formed by the Sevillano duo of brothers Raimundo and Rafael Amador Fernández, Pata Negra took their name (ostensibly) from the prime form of mountain-dried ham, Pata Negra (black hoof) and their direction from the blues, as displayed on their later recording, 'Blues de la Frontera'. The central duo split in the mid-1990s but continue on solo projects.
