There are six main hospitals run by SAS:

The High Resolution Hospital of Estepona, was opened in early 2021. The hospital belongs to the Andalucian Health Service. It offers primary and hospital care services, including an extensive range of specialist medical services such as Cardiology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pneumology and Otolaryngology. It has a 24-hour emergency service and is located at 9 Irene Villa Gonzalez Street in the Arroyo Vaquero District a few kilometers west of the town.
HOSPITALS IN COSTA DEL SOL - PRIVATE HOSPITALS
There are a number of private hospitals and clinics along along the Costa del Sol. Hospital Hospitén Estepona on the A7 between Estepona and San Pedro town has a 24 hour emergency department. To the east of the centre of Marbella is the large Hospital Quiron Marbella (formelly known as USP) with separate outpatients and 24 hour emergency department. Xanit Hospital International has a modern Hospital in Benalmadena with clinics in Fuengirola and Malaga.
