Chilluévar

Almeria Train Station

Car Parking in Estepona

Street parking is difficult in Estepona. Certainly not in the old town or the central area. You may be lucky in the outlying areas. We recommend that you use a car park. Estepona is effectively cut in two, east and west of the old town. The original N-340 coastal road along the front in Estepona is now pedestrianised.

EL Chaparro de Málaga

One of the best and most established guitarists from Málaga is Jose Antonio Conejo Vida, alias El Chaparro de Málaga. Born in 1971 this guitarist has played for some of the best flamencos in the business, including Miguel Poveda, La Cañeta de Málaga, Chano Lobato, Remedios Amaya, and Cancanilla de Marbella, with whom he still regularly performs.

Hostals and Guesthouses in Carboneras

Carboneras is an advantageous position due to its close proximity to both the beach and the Nature Park of Cabo de Gata-Níjar. There are a number of hostals (Spanish guesthouses, often family-run) that provide a cheaper alternative to the hotels in the area.

Aguadulce

Belonging to the municipality of Roquetas de Mar, Aguadulce is one of the most important touristic hubs of Almería province, located some 8km from Almería city. In 1950 it only had 27 houses and 300 inhabitants, however now the population is over 15,000 people and during the summer months, it goes up to 45,000.

Sabicas

Augustín Castellón Campos or Sabicas as he was artistically known, was the first and probably the most well-known flamenco guitarist outside of Spain. He was born in Pamplona in 1913, although like many gypsy artists there is much speculation over his date of birth and some put it at 1907.

Club de Tenis Nueva Alcántara

The Nueva Alcántara Paddle and Tennis club has four grass tennis courts and 11 paddle tennis courts, of which five are glass walled. The club is in partnership with the Hotel Guadalmina, the official hotel of the Paddle Protour circuit and is converted into the headquarters of the World Paddle Championship each year.. Other facilities include a gym, fitness centre, spa, beauty centre, boutique and bar/restaurant.

Restaurants in Huelva

Huelva, being a port town, is most famous for the exquisite seafood that can be found here. Shellfish is a popular choice in the area and it is very easy to find restaurants serving the freshest of fish here. There are also many tapas bars in the city that serve up delicious dishes.
