Back - Marbella Michelin Star Restaurant
This restaurant by chef David Olivas from Ubeda is located near the Parque de la Constitución. Olivas brings a sense of fun to his cuisine, which gives a bold contemporary take on traditional Andalucian dishes, with an added global twist. The à la carte menu consists of classics, such as salt-cured scallops with artichokes, new dishes – think prawn tartar with beer mustard - plus an impressive 10-course tasting menu, Entorno. The interior is warm and urban-chic, with patterned tiled floor, blue walls and wooden tables.
Back was awarded its Michelin star in 2023.
