Helity operates about four flights a day between the Algeciras heliport and the Ceuta heliport. Cueta is a Spanish enclave city on the North African coast. Helity also operate flights from Málaga airport to Mellila, another Spanish enclave on the North African coast. Helity operates two Agusta Westland AW-139 helicopters, each with a capacity of 15 passengers. The company was founded in 2014 and has been operating these routes since then.
The Algeciras heliport does not have its own car park, but passengers can use the paid car park - adjacent to the heliport terminal building - at the maritime station of the Alceciras Port.
The Algeciras Heliport was inaugurated on July 1, 2010 by the then Minister of Development, José Blanco. It is operated by the Spanish state operator AENA and was their second heliport after Ceuta Heliport.

Bus
The heliport is located within the Port of Algeciras, situated adjacent to the centre of the city. Five of th esix local bus lines stop on Avenida de la Virgen del Carmen, near to the port entrance and 5 mins walk from the Heliport.

Line 2 - San Bernabé to Getares.
Line 3 - Rinconcillo to San García.
Line 5 - Nueva Ciudad to Cobre.
Line 6. Cortijo Vides - Plaza Alta.
