Alambique, Pinos Puente
Dating back to the early twentieth century, the building was constructed by the Espadafor family. Throughout its history, it has been used as a distillery for aniseed, an oil mill, a production plant for soda and vinegar, and even a canning facility for agricultural produce from the Vega region.
It became municipal property in 1994 and currently houses the Pinos Puente Youth Centre, as well as rooms dedicated to various cultural gatherings, activities and exhibitions that are regularly held. It is located on Calle Briones.
