Ochando, Michelin Star restaurant in Seville province
Ochando restaurant is located in the village of Los Rosales (within Tocina's municipal district, Sevilla province), 43 km north east of Seville city.
The kitchen is led by local chef Juan Carlos Ochando (together with Elena Pérez), who has worked at Bardal and El Campero. His cuisine is deeply rooted in "cocina de proximidad / de raíces tradicionales" with seasonal products and contemporary reinterpretations.
Ochando has two tasting menus, €82 (15 courses) and €65 (12 courses) – expect creative delicacies like smoked chorizo biscuit, and pistachio soup with sundried tomatoes.
Ochando was awarded its Michelin star in 2026.
