Iglesia de Santa María Maggiore (Nuestra Señora de la Cabeza)
Dating from the seventeenth century, the church was built on the site of an earlier church from the beginning of the sixteenth century. It has a single nave and a similar appearance to other local churches, with a distinctive, slender bell tower. The church was rebuilt in 1760 and again in 1945, after being destroyed during the Spanish Civil War. The reconstruction focused on the flooring, roof, and cornices. Inside, the sculpted image of the Virgen de la Cabeza, which was donated to the town by the Catholic Monarchs at the end of the 15(th century, is venerated. The church is located on Calle Iglesia.
