The church has a rectangular floor plan and features a gentle staircase adjoining the presbytery, which can be accessed via a large triumphal arch. The side chapels are located in the same nave, perpendicular to the church's main axis. Designed by the architect Francisco Antero and constructed in 1546, the church is rectangular in shape and comprises a single nave, a presbytery,side chapels and a choir stall at the entrance. The nave is covered by a Mudejar coffered ceiling adorned with traditional geometric and star-shaped designs. The tower is topped with a lantern and metal spire. It is located in Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
