The Torre del Plata, Seville
A restored octagonal tower which form part of the old City walls. It used to be joined by the city walls to the far more famous Torre del Oro a hundred metres away, and probably predates the Torre de Oro.
People were living in the Tore del Plata up the late twentieth century. The courtyard is a pleasant place for a summer time drink. It can only be seen from the outside and it not open to visitors.
