La Casa de la Buena Gente - Estepona Mural

'La Casa de la Buena Gente' (The House of the Good People) is by Conchi Alvarez. It is in Barriada Tres Banderas, measures 80 m2 and it was inaugurated in January 2013. The mural is a trompe l'oeil  created over four storeys of a block of flats and it features some actual residents of the block.

Estepona Bermeja - Estepona Murals

'Estepona Bermeja' is in the Barriada de Los Televisores and is the second work by Ana Cecilia Salinas. It is 30m high and the red tones that the artist has used in the mural are intended to reflect the famously red earth colours of the Sierra Bermeja mountains. It is located close to the Plaza de Ajedrez and consequently it contains references to the world of chess. It was created in January 2013.

La Venus - Estepona Mural

La Venus' could be found in the Barriada Mar y Sierra. It is 120 m2 and was created by Ana Cecilia Salinas in September 2012. If you looked closely you would have seen that the artist has included a representation of the statue known as ‘La Venus de Estepona' which is a clay Venus dated 5.000 years ago which was found in Estepona in 2011 and can be seen it the Estepona Archaeology museum. This piece was painted over in 2022 and has been removed from the official mural map published by the Estepona Tourist office.

Valle Romano, in Estepona, is an outstanding 18-hole course, fitted out to play host to the most demanding and prestigious tournaments. Tramores Golf at Villa Padierna Golf Club

Tramores Golf is the third course at Villa Padierna Golf Club. This course is part of the luxury development surrounding the Villa Padierna Hotel. With a length of 3,486 metres, it is one of the few par-63 courses on the Costa del Sol. Some call it a practice course. It is certainly fast and entertaining to those that play it.    There are some creative designs such as a bunker in the middle of a green. Men and Womens handicap of 48 is the course requirement.

Mirador del Puerto, Estepona

Overlooking the fishing port and the yacht Marina is a viewpoint. It is actually the roof of some fishing industry stores. As well as views of the lighthouse, fishing port, board yard and the yachting marina, the mirador features a small number of seats and benches in an interesting minimalist style. Its a popular photo point.

Estepona - Torre de Saladavieja

This unusual tower is signposted on the southern extremity of Estepona. Turn off the main coast road road just west of the entrance to the Marina and go up the incline into the urbanisation.
