Dreamers

Dreamers

Dearmers has been closed since end of season 2019

Dreamers the disco nightclub is back. "We are back" as the slogan goes. Dreamers which reopened quietly on the 28th June 2018 was always known to many regulars to Marbella as the large nightclub oposite Puerto Banus even though the venue has had many reincarnations over the last few years. We are Back!

For the 2018 season the artists are Alesso (Wed 18th July), Willy Williams (Fri 20th July), Martinez Brothers ( Sat 21st July), Derrick Mckenzie for the Jamiroquai post party after his Starlite Festival concert ( Sun 22nd July), Jaime Jones (Fri 27th July), Tyga (Sat 28th July).  Entrance for these nights are about 25€ in advance from the Dreamers Disco website and 50€ on the door.

Earlier occupant Sleek was very popular with celebrities and footballers, especially with the cast of The Only Way is Essex - former TOWIE star Mark Wright recently made a guest appearance there. Keith Lemon also filmed part of his upcoming spoof documentary series "Lemon La Vida Loca" for ITV2 at Sisu and Sleek.

Inside the main public dance area of the club, tables with banquette seating border the room; each table has a built-in drinks and ice holder, so there is no risk of knocking over your bottle of bubbly.

Outside a lounge area offers comfortable seating and a lounge menu for exclusive and informal dining for those who wish to smoke or just simply enjoy the night air; as well as an outdoor VIP terrace. Upstairs there is the Penthouse Club which is known as the "Ultra VIP" section.

History

Cavalli Club had opened on the 21 May 2015 near Puerto Banus with great fanfare and closed at the end of the 2016 season.  Its facebook page lives with regular check-ins.  The venue used to be Sleek, before that China Whites before that Dreamers. It is Puerto Banus's largest  nightclub, with a 1.500 capacity; the venue can comfortably seat 1.000 VIPs and 500 clubbers. For this reason the club branded itself as "the most happening nights in town". and attracted some big-name DJ. The nightclub decor was designed by Roberto Cavalli.

Restaurant

The restaurant at this location was the Teatro Marbella which explores the concept of a restaurant and theatrical show experience. Perhaps a little in the Las Vegas style. It is open every evening in the summer season. Reservation is recommended in the summer weekends. It is not a set meal and there is no entrance fee of the entertainment nor a cover charge, however a minimum spend of over 100€ per person is expected. Themed nights offer a wide variety of music genres including hip hop, R&B, pop, dance, electro and "old school classics", as well as performers, acrobats and dancers to entertain clubbers throughout the evening. The Teatro Marbella restaurant which opened for the 2017 season is independent from the Dreamers nightclub. It has not always been that case. In the 2016 season the Cavalli Fine Dining Restaurant was opened here. Previously the popular Thai Gallery restaurant became the Sleek Lounge Dining experience.
