Official Bus & Transport Routes
The festival collaborates with ALSA and local authorities to ensure safe travel.
The "Lanzadera" (Shuttle) Service
To keep the beach area clear of traffic, a special shuttle runs between the Vélez-Málaga Fairgrounds (Parking area) and the Torre del Mar Bus Station.
Availability: Frequent loops from late afternoon until early morning (approx. 7:00 AM).
Cost: Usually requires a small daily or weekend "Bono-Bus" (around €5-€10 for unlimited trips).
Regional Festival Routes
Specific "Festival Buses" often run from nearby towns in the Axarquía region. Common routes include:
Nerja – Torrox – Torre del Mar
Rincón de la Victoria – Benajarafe – Torre del Mar
Málaga City Center: Frequent ALSA buses run directly to Torre del Mar (approx. 45–60 mins).
National Travel
If you're coming from further away, there are often official "Bus + Entry" packs organized from cities like Granada, Córdoba, and Seville, which drop you off directly at the festival campsite.
Pro-Tip for Your Visit
Advice on local parking: Torre del Mar gets extremely crowded during the festival. If you aren't camping, the free shuttle from the Vélez-Málaga parking lot is by far the least stressful way to reach the stages.
