Iglesia Parroquial in Alhendín
The parish church, in Mudejar style, consists of a rectangular nave, covered with a coffered ceiling, and side chapels on both sides. Inside, there is an eighteenth-century Baroque altarpiece of great artistic value, as well as the image of the Inmaculada Concepción. The sculpture of the parish’s patron saint is a work sculpted by the master Pedro de Mena. The value of this image has led to its inclusion in the General Catalogue of Spanish Art.
