Ermita de San Gregorio

Ermita de San Gregorio

The chapel is located in an area known as Los Cerrillos. For the Feast of San Gregorio on 9 May, the girls make traditional 'roses' (bread rolls) to protect the animals, which are then distributed among the neighbours.

The chapel itself is very simple in design, with a single nave, a gabled roof with Arabic tiles and a completely whitewashed exterior with a single entrance. Its modest charm and the surrounding countryside make it a special place for local devotion and rural traditions. It is located 2 km from the town.
