Sphering (also known as zorbing or orbing) is the new adventure activity that has swept the UK and is now here is Spain. Basically you and a friend climb inside a 4m diameter transparent inflatable ball, and after you have been strapped in, you roll down a 150m hill at speeds of up to 50 kilometres per hour!
