Cruises Stopping in Gibraltar

gibraltar cruise terminal

The cruise terminal opened in 1997 and since then has enjoyed many subsequent successful years. Despite there only being space for two large cruise ships to dock, the terminal has welcomed over three million passengers to date and there are plans to further increase the harbours' capacity for cruise ships.

There aren't cruises that start or terminate in Gibraltar however many routes stop off in this British colony at the entrance to the Mediterranean. Ships dock at the western strut of the North Mole in Giraltar harbour from where it is possible to venture into the heart of Gibraltar and explore.

Gibraltar is not large and so the main attractions in the centre are but a short walk or taxi from where your ship will dock.
