Not to be confused with Ubrique, a nearby town famous for its' leather, Jubrique is a pretty village set in rolling Andalucian mountains. Visitors can enjoy its' beautiful rural surroundings or make a trip to the coast of Estepona which lies just less than an hours' drive away.

Jubrique has one 14 room hotel  in the centre of the village. There are also bungalows for rent at the camping down by the Genal river crossing. 

Punta Umbria is the nearest beach town to Huelva city set among three protected areas, with the most important being Las Marismas de Odiel Natural Area which is considered the second most important wetland reserve in Andalucia. This coastal town is an excellent destination for those interested in wildlife and ecology whilst also providing beautiful beaches, great tapas and fine bars.

Situated within the charming Axarquia region in Malaga province, Cómpeta is one of the better known villages in the area. Until recently, the village was little known, nowadays however, foreigners have helped put the place on the map with their investment and often development of old fincas and traditional town houses.

This rural town on the coastline is a beautiful mix of agricultural rolling Andalucian hills and pristine Costa de la Luz beaches boasting views across the Med and, on a clear day, to Africa.

This classic, spectacular Andalucian pueblo blanco (white village) is set among breathtaking countryside and a testament to the rich cultural history of Andalucia, as seen in the archaeological remains from the Neolithic, Bronze Age, Tartessian, Phoenician and Roman period.

The old part of this village boasts impressive views over the newer buildings found in the mineral rich valley, through which the Guadalete river runs.

With its' hourly local train service from Alora to centre of Malaga, access isn't difficult, despite its' rural location. Alora is just 12km south of El Chorro, home to the exciting and beautiful El Caminito del Rey or King's Little Walk as it is known in English.

Mojacar is comprised of two distinct areas: Mojacar Pueblo (town) and Mojacar Playa (beach), roughly 2 km apart. The beach resort of Mojácar has an abundance of hotels, resorts and self-catering options for those who wish to enjoy the sun, sand and sea.

Bus departing from Plaza de Armas Bus Station travel to Huelva and Costa de la Luz in Andalucia, Portugal, France and other regions of Spain, including: Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, Mérida, Asturias and Galicia and many of the villages to the north and the west of the city.
