Hotels

Unfortunately we don’t yet have any hotels, hostels or apartments to display right now, however being but a 25 minute drive from Almuñécar & Salobreña which are larger, coastal towns, and just 10 minutes from Molvízar, you can take a look at their great selection of hotels and accommodation.

Ellie Redman

Love it or hate it, ITV2´s The Only Way is Essex catchphrases have become a part of many people’s lives. I, for one, am constantly “well jel” of my friends’ new dresses or shoes, and naturally - living on the Costa del Sol.

Iglesia de la Virgen de los Dolores

This basilica-style church has a single nave covered by a Mudejar truss and an octagonal apse. Built between 1530 and 1540, it was repaired in 1593 when a bell gable was added.

La Fernanda and La Bernarda de Utrera

La Fernanda de Utrera had a special voice that was full of a gravelly emotion similar to that found in the old blues singers like Billie Holliday or Bessie Smith. Singers of flamenco seem to gain a unique quality to their voices with age, and the riper the age the more ardent their voices become.

Santa Olalla del Cala, Huelva history

It's not known when the first settlers appeared in Santa Olalla del Cala. The strategic position of the village facilitated the transit of metals extracted from the mines at Almaden de la Plata, Rio Tinto, as well as El Papua and El The Tratejón in Zufre, so a settlement may have existed in the Bronze Age (third millennium BC). The mining trade provided the basis of the known Ruta de la Plata (Silver Route), which lead from Merida to Astorga.

Holiday Rentals in Roche

Being a private urbanisation, Roche does not have a lot in terms of accommodation. However, it does have a wide variety of self-catering accommodation, including apartments and villas. Most of the apartments are located in complexes just outside of the actual town.

Entertainment in Andalucia

Andalucia really does have it all, if you want entertainment then book a trip and don't look back! From 600 kilometres of sandy beaches, huge, unspoiled natural flat and mountainous areas and the simple pleasures of eating and drinking on sidewalk cafés or on the beach, just watching the world go by.

Tomas Pavón

Tomas Pavón, the younger brother of La Niña de los Peines, was a fine singer who preferred the lesser-known flamenco styles like the deblas and toñas. Unfortunately his career spanned what was believed to be one of the worst eras in flamenco history, the opera flamenco.

Dama Juana restaurant in Jaén

Dama Juana, which opened in March 2019 in Jaen, is named after the grandmother of chef-owner Juan Aceituno. Sadly she died just two weeks after the restaurant in Jaen’s barrio San Ildefonso opened.

Mijas Hostals & Hostels

Mijas can be split into two main areas; Mijas Costa and Mijas Pueblo. Mijas Costa is popular among tourists and has a large English population, it is here that you will find the town's beaches and more hotel and apartment rental opportunities. Mijas Pueblo is the original old town of Mijas and boasts authentic Andalucian town houses, colourfully decorated with flora.

Salduba Sports Complex

Synthetic grass football pitches, courts for futsal (indoor football), handball, basketball, mini-basketball, korfball, volleyball and badminton. There are also areas for martial arts and rhythmic gymnastics, along with changing rooms and toilets.

Almuñécar Archaeological Museum

The Archaeological Museum also known as the 'Cave of 7 Palaces' is, perhaps surprisingly, not located within a cave in Almuñécar, but instead represents the largest section of the Roman Palace. Hieroglyphics found within the 'cave' date back to the time of the reign of Pharaoh Apofis I cerca 1500 BC.

Wakeboarding

Wakeboarding is said to be the fastest growing water sport in the world. Practiced on lakes or the sea, it's like a combination of snowboarding, waterskiing and skateboarding or a cross between mono skiing and surfing. Although it may contain an essence of all these activities, wakeboarding is most definitely a water sport in its own right.
