Gran Senda de Malaga

The Gran Senda de Malaga (Great Malaga path) is a long distance footpath that encircles the entire province of Malaga. It has been given the footpath number GR-249 and is divided into 35 stages averaging 18km nominally starting at Malaga City and more or less following the provincial boundary in an anti-clockwise direction. Each stage starts and finishes in a town or village.

Capilla de San Isidro

This small chapel, commonly known as Capilla de ArribaCapilla de Arriba, is a single-storey structure composed of a semicircular portico, which previously sat in the old cemetery and was relocated to this construction in 1988. However, it is believed that it once belonged to the now disappeared Ermita de San Sebastián. Located on Calle del Sol.

Clinics in Estepona

There are a number of privately operated heath clinics in Estepona for patients to go without referal as an alternative to the state health service.  The state run facility is called the 'Ambulatorio' and located on Avenida Juan Carlos, it has a 24hr emergency wing as well as the daytime medical appointment facilities.  The state hospital for Estepona is Hospital Costa del Sol in Marbella.

El Puerto de Santa Maria

Like so many towns in Andalucía the approach to El Puerto de Santa María along the main road is lined with garages, industrial plants and run down buildings. Keep going and cross the River Guadalete on the NIV (if coming from south) and turn into Calle Ribiera de los Mariscos and park in one of the car parks signposted.

Zagra is a village in Granada province and an important archaeological site. Numerous remains from the Prehistoric, Neolithic and Roman era have been discovered here.

El Castillo de las Guardas

El Castillo de las Guardas is situated in the north west of the Seville province and consists of 10 other hamlets within its municipal: La Alcornocosa, Archidona, Arroyo de la Plata, La Aulaga, Las Cañadillas, El Cañuelo, Las Cortecillas, El Peralejo, Peroamigo, y Valdeflores. It has about 1500 inhabitants.
