There is a twice daily L-77 service from Casares - Manilva - Sabinillas - Estepona - San Pedro - Marbella - Costa del Sol Hospital. Here is timetable as published from Estepona
Direct buses to La Linea (for Gibraltar), Algeciras and Malaga take the A-7 coast road, so it is necessary to catch them from Sabinillas.
