Estepona Bus Services

Estepona's new Bus Station opened in July 2014 and is located next door to the Exhibition and Congress Centre on Avenida del Litoral just beyond Carrefour hypermarket on the link to the A-7 coast road 1 km east of town center. The bus station houses the ticket office, toilets and waiting room. No cafeteria but there are vending machines.

Estepona Summer Feria 2024

The Caseta Municipal will host free concerts by King Africa, David Barrull, José Ortiz, Miguel Campello, Merche and Las Hermanas Rodes. From Thursday to Saturday there will be a free horse-drawn carriage ride around the feria ground every afternoon from outside the Caseta Municipal.

Torre Baños, old watchtower in Estepona

Torre Baños is also called Torre de Casasola is located in the Isdabe / Atalaya district of East Estepona. To be precise it is locate on the seafron just to the west of the Hotel Atalya. This is why the Hotel is named Atalaya. (Watchtower).

Estepona Big Wheel

The  40 metre high panoramic Ferris Wheel was a temporary attraction in Estepona and was in operation until early October 2024. It was dismantled over the second fortnight in October 2024.

Car Parking in Estepona

Street parking is difficult in Estepona. Certainly not in the old town or the central area. You may be lucky in the outlying areas. We recommend that you use a car park. Estepona is effectively cut in two, east and west of the old town. The original N-340 coastal road along the front in Estepona is now pedestrianised.

Estepona Choir

The Coral Magnum Mysteruim is the name of the Estepona town choir. The choir typically performs several traditional concert in Estepona each year, including a Christmas and summer concert, in the parish church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen and more recently in the Auditorum of the Mirador del Carmen. Its musical director is Miguel Ángel Garrido Sánchez professor at the Manuel Carras professional conservatory in Malaga.
