In the main Terminal Three after passing security and passing through the 'duty free' shop there is a wide variety of shops in the departure area.
Personal Shopping
In 2018 AENA the airport operator launched a free personal shopping initiative. Travellers may request the service in English, Spanish, French and Russian languages taking advantage of the personal shoppers knowledge of the airport to guide you quickly from shop to shop. The personal shopper service may be reserved in advance by email to [email protected] or by telephone on 627 253 832 or by calling at the personal shopper information stand located in the departure area between C and D zones just after leaving the 'duty free' shop.
There is also a 'buy and collect' service for local residents to collect the purchasers on their return.
Non EU resident travelers can also benefit from help with IVA (VAT) refunds on the purchasers.
