In this country, the tradition is to have a rather late dinner with your family – just one more rich, elaborate dinner, of course, complete with all the pastries, dried fruits and nuts and mountains of turrón that finish every meal at this time of year.

Winter Festivals

Dreambeach 2020 - The eigth edition of the Dreambeach festival that wuold have taken place in August 2020 was cancelled due to the Coronavirus Pandemic and the travel restrictions.

Dreambeach Festival 2018

Dreambeach 2018 was the sixth edition of Dreambeach. The festival took place from the 8th to 12th August 2018. There were three days of artists on the main stages. Total auditorium passes were 155.000 which equals an attendance of 50.000 over the three days.

Dreambeach 2014

Dreambeach 2014 was the second edition of Dreambeach the 2nd edition ran for 2 days on 8th and 9th August 2014. The lineup included Armin Van Burren, Benny Page, Aphex, Black Sun Empire and Boregore. Snoop Dogg, Carl Cox, Krewella, Armin Van Buuren, Marco Carola, I Am Legion, Knife Party, Nestky live, W&W.

Dreambeach 2013

Dreambeach 2013 was the first edition of Dreambeach. It took place on 9th and 10th August 2013at the spiritual home of the Creamfields Andalucia festival which had experimented with other locations from 2008 to 2012. Dreamfields was a clever choice of name, similar in style yet different from Creamfields. There was an ready made attendance of attendance of 30.000 festival goers.

Dreambeach 2022

Dreambeach 2022 was multi-day festival featuring the best electronic music. Dreambeach takes place on the first weekend in August at Playa Villaricos (Cuevas del Almanzora, Almería).

Andalucia Big 2022 - Day 2 - Friday

Night two of the festival will welcome 90s British funk band Jamiroquai to the stage. With hits such as Virtual Insanity, Space Cowboy, and Cosmic Girl, along with lead singer Jay Kay’s array of quirky hats, the band are sure to bring an unforgettable show to close Friday night. Their headline slot at Andalucia Big is certainly a special one as it is the groups one and only Euopean show of 2022, giving fans a festival exclusive.

Andalucia Big 2022 report

The creators of Mad Cool festival in Madrid produced the first edition of Andalucia Big in September 2022. With their expertise and 6 years of lineups, the producers knew how to pull out the big names. The Andalucia Big festival brought a combination of both English speaking and Spanish bands. Cancelada - Estepona districts

Cancelada is a growing district to the east of Estepona, extending from Arroyo Taraje (towards Marbella) to the Río Guadalmansa in the west.
