2 Months

4 Months

6 Months

15 Months

Vaccine Schedule for School-age Children

3 Years

"Triple Virus Vaccine" (Measles, Mumps and Rubella)

6 Years

Diphtheria, Tetanus and Whooping Cough

12 Years

Hepatitis B (for those who haven't received three doses) Chickenpox (for those who have not had Chickenpox)

14 Years

Tetanus and Diphtheria (adult dose)
