Detailed description of watching the polo at the Los Pinos Ground
Dubai Team won the 2023 Copa de Oro (High Handicap) for the second year in a row. In another thrilling final at Los Pinos, Dubai were crowned winners of the Electrolit Gold Cup after beating MB Polo 9-8. The MB Polo Team, who won the championship in 2019 returned to Sotogrande after a few years absence, took the lead in the opening chucker. However, Dubai made a gradual comeback to equalise in the fifth chucker and go 3-0 up on the scoreboard. In the final chucker, Dubai held on to a one-point lead thanks to goals from Camilo Castagnola and Pablo Mac Donough. Dubai celebrated their second consecutive championship win, just as they did in 2016.
