Estepona western districts
This page offers links to pages with information about the districts of Estepona that are located to the west of Estepona town area. They are reached from the A-7 (old N-340 coast road). Most districts outlined below, with the exception of Estepona Golf are located on both sides of the coast road. These are usually refered to as Mountine side or Alta (high) or Sea side or Baja (low).
Bus service to Estepona western districts
E-1 route - Avenida Litoral to Beverly Hills
Estepona Urban bus line E-1 (was L1) travels from the Beverly Hills Urbanisation located 2 km to the west of the town centre by the Shell Petrol Station. The microbus enters Estepona along Avenida del Carmen and at the entrance to the Marina roundabout (with clock) it turns left into Avenida del Mar. It stops after the next roundabout with the fishing boat by the zebra crossing, Avenida Carlos Cano / Calle Tres Banderas, Parque Huerta Nueva, Avenida Juan Carlos I (infront of Pinturas Andalucia), Avenida Andalucia (Papeleria Acuarela), (Parque Calvario), (Mercadona) , (La Portada), (in front of Muisol), Avenida del Litoral (Carrefour supermarket), terminating outside McDonald's restaurant at the east entrance of the town. It runs every half hour from 07.10 - 22.55. Monday to Friday. Reduced service Weekends and Holidays. Single Ticket 1.20€

E-2 Route - Avenida Juan Carlos I - Hotpital - Bermuda Beach
Estepona Urban bus line E-2 (was L2) that runs between Urb. Bermuda Beach rououndabout at western municipal boundary in Buenas Noches district and Estepona town at Avenida Juan Carlos I. The route is Avenida Juan Carlos I, Parque Huerta Nueva, Calle Clara Campoamor, Avenida Carlos Cano / Calle Tres Banderas, Avenida Puerta del Mar (roundabout with the fishing boat), Avenida del Carmen: Kai ALde, Punta Doncela, Policia Local, Beverly Hills, onto the A-7: Valle Romano, Arena Beach, Costa Natura, Colegio Juan XXIII (Arroyo Enmedio), Hospital, Arroyo Vaquero, Bahia Dorada, Restaurante Buenas Noches. This line only has eight services a day departing Avenida Juan Carlos at 07.10. 09.00, 11.00, 13.30, 15.10, 16.30, 18.00, 20.30. Departing Buenas Noches 07.32, 09.22, 11.22, 13.52, 15.32, 18.22, 20.52. Single Ticket 1.20€

Stopping BUS FROM ESTEPONA TO LA LINEA
M-240 bus service runs west from Estepona to Sabinillas, Guadiaro and La Linea (for Gibraltar) (4.50€) . Starting from Estepon Bus Station it stops to pick up on Avenida Andalucia, Parque Calvario, Avenida Juan Carlos I, Polideportivo El Carmen, Puerto del Mar before travelling west along Avenida del Carmen to join the A-7 coastal highway. It passes Buenas Noches, Casares Costa, Sabinillas, Puerto de la Duquesa, departing the highway for Torreguadiaro, San Enrique de Guadiaro, Guadiaro and Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro. It leaves the A-7 before San Roque taking the CA-34 through Puente Mayorga and Campamiento to arrive at La Linea bus station.
