Benavista is a small residential enclave bordering the district of El Paraíso and El Pilar. The area is defined by a triangular layout formed by three streets: Calle Benavista, which runs parallel to the A-7; Avenida de la Gardenia, to the west; and Avenida Flor de Loto, to the east. Avenida de la Gardenia and Avenida Flor de Loto converge, enclosing the neighbourhood and creating a sense of privacy and exclusivity within a well-connected setting.

A variety of hotels and resorts can be found in the nearby districts of El Paraíso and El Pilar, offering visitors a wide range of accommodation options within easy reach of Benavista.

The apartments are set within beautifully maintained gardens, centred around a spacious outdoor swimming pool, creating an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday.

Apartments and townhouses are also available for both short- and long-term rental and are commonly advertised through standard property websites.

RESIDENTIAL

Within its distinctive triangular layout, Benavista features a diverse mix of townhouses, duplexes, and low-rise apartment developments, including Apartamentos Palmeras de Benavista, located in the well-established Urbanisation Las Palmeras de Benavista, completed in 1985. Several of the complexes feature communal swimming pools, enhancing the area’s appeal for both residents and holidaymakers.

Further along Avenida de la Gardenia, one of the streets bordering Benavista, and heading towards the mountains, lies the residential urbanisation Balcón de Benavista, constructed in 1987. This area comprises a mix of townhouses and apartments, many of which have been renovated in recent years.
